on your needs.
Package A – $150
Includes a professional consultation
fee, which includes an initial trip to job site to assess & discuss
with the home owner the feasibility and/or practicality of
the project to determine:
1. If the job can be accomplished
by the home-owner
2. If the project plan meets building
code requirements
3. We will review cost factors
4. Answer any questions you may
have to precede
Also includes 1 (One) 15 minute
phone call for instant professional advice any time during
the project - (hourly advice charge thereafter)
One
(1) Additional trip to job site to assess progress or completion
Package B - $200
Includes a consultation fee, which includes an initial trip
to job site to assess & discuss with the home owner the feasibility and/or
practicality of the project to determine:
1. If the job can be accomplished by the home-owner
2. If the project is within building code requirements
3. Review cost factors
4. Answer any questions the home-owner may have on how to
precede.
Up to 3 (Three) 15 minute phone calls for instant professional advice, any
time during the project - (hourly advice charge thereafter)
One

Package C - $250
Includes a consultation fee, which includes an initial trip

Based on your specific project and needs.
* If the project is found to be more complicated than the
home owner can accomplish or if the project turns out to be
over the projected budget, there will be no charge except a
$50 initial trip charge
